Pilot training successfully delivered in Braga

Date: March 23, 2026

From 18 to 20 March, the C-ENTRE project reached an important milestone with the successful delivery of its pilot training at Escola Secundária de Maximinos in Braga, Portugal. Over the course of three inspiring days, entrepreneurial VET educators came together to explore, test, and shape the future of coaching in entrepreneurship education. The atmosphere was collaborative, energetic, and focused on real impact in the classroom.

Bringing the programme to life

For the first time, the full C-ENTRE training programme was delivered end-to-end. Participants worked through all six units:

  • Empowering
  • Mindset
  • Goal Setting
  • Structuring
  • Experiencing
  • Coaching

Each session combined practical exercises, reflection, and discussion, ensuring that the content was not only understood but also directly applicable to vocational education contexts.

Strong engagement and valuable insights

One of the most valuable outcomes of the pilot was the active involvement of the participants. VET colleagues openly shared their perspectives, experiences, and ideas, resulting in rich discussions and meaningful exchanges.

Crucially, extensive feedback was collected for every unit. This input (both qualitative and quantitative) will play a key role in strengthening the programme. It provided clear direction on what works well and where further refinement is needed.

Adding to the success, the training also gained visibility beyond the classroom, attracting attention in local news in Braga.

What’s Next?

With the pilot completed, the project now moves into its next phase:

  • Refining the training programme based on all collected feedback
  • Organising peer feedback between the three European project partners
  • Finalising the complete C-ENTRE training programme
  • Translating the programme into four languages (Dutch, Portuguese, Hungarian, and English)
  • Making it publicly available via c-entre.eu

Looking Ahead

The pilot in Braga confirmed the relevance and potential of the C-ENTRE approach. By working closely with VET educators and integrating their insights, the project is taking concrete steps towards delivering a practical, learner-centred, and impactful training programme.

Stay tuned for the final version!
