I have experienced working with students who were given access to a dedicated office space provided by their school. Every single student highlighted the added value of having such a hub: the atmosphere immediately shifts from a traditional school environment to the authentic experience of running their own business.

This does not mean that theory should be abandoned. On the contrary, a hub creates the opportunity for students to better understand, apply and experience the relevance of that theory in practice.
