❤I completely agree because this shift from teaching mechanics to cultivating a resilient mindset is exactly what modern founders need to survive. When a coach refrains from giving answers, they force students to develop critical thinking, self-reliance, and the mental agility required to navigate market uncertainty. Dictating a path only creates dependency and prepares students for a predictable world that does not exist in business. By using powerful questioning instead, a coach acts as a guide who helps students embrace risk, learn from failure, and take true ownership of their entrepreneurial journey.
