2nd offline meeting

Date: October 17, 2025

During our second offline meeting in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, we discussed the progress of the Training for Educators program as well as the preliminary plans for the Implementation Guide.

The training program is taking clearer shape, consisting of six focus units: Coaching, Structuring, Experiencing, Mindset, Goal Setting, and Empowerment. Each of these units is based on the outcomes of the co-creation sessions held in Portugal, Hungary, and The Netherlands.

The Implementation Guide will begin with co-creation sessions in all participating countries. These sessions will involve both students and lecturers and aim to identify key themes that will form the foundation of the essential elements (the “must-haves”) for the Entrepreneur Hub.
