    Entrepreneurship education is no longer just about teaching how to write a business plan or understand profit margins. It’s about shaping mindsets, fostering resilience, and unlocking potential. This is where coaching becomes a transformative force. Therefore, a coach should not give answers, but ask the right questions. And of course, not dictating a path, but help students navigate uncertainty, build confidence, and find their own way forward. Agree… or not?

    In my opinion, an educator must be a knowledge transmitter and partner in growth at the same time, because in this role, the educator facilitates learning, encourages questioning, exploration, and dialogue. The job of an educator must be a knowledge transmitter but he should also help the students developing their critical thinking, as life and soft skill, so he has to be a partner in growth.

    I agree that an educator should be both. However, I wonder: at which point should there be a switch in roles? How does an educator recongise the need of a student at a certain moment? Are there any best practices for that?
