In my opinion, an educator must be a knowledge transmitter and partner in growth at the same time, because in this role, the educator facilitates learning, encourages questioning, exploration, and dialogue. The job of an educator must be a knowledge transmitter but he should also help the students developing their critical thinking, as life and soft skill, so he has to be a partner in growth.

Emphasize process over content—coaching is about guiding reflection, not giving expert business advice. Bring in guest entrepreneurs when needed.
