I don´t think so. On the one hand, coaching develops self-awereness, focus on goals/actions and builds motivations and confidence, but on the other hand, it’s not enough. It is important to approach other methods like conseling, instruction, mentoring and academic advising and instruction for a complete student growth.

Tips & tricks

What if students don’t take feedback seriously?

Teach feedback literacy. Use peer coaching models so students learn to give and receive constructive, non-defensive feedback.
