The 6 units of the training program

After several productive online meetings, we are excited to share the first draft of our six training units for Educators in VET Entrepreneur Programs. Each unit is designed around the KOLB framework, ensuring a clear, consistent, and interactive learning experience throughout the program.

Goal: creating safe spaces, promoting self-regulation and open communication

Goal: create a mindset which is based on inspiration, innovation and creativity

Goal: learn how to define objectives with related deadlines and holding space for uncertainty

Goal: apply business models to define added value of an idea

Goal: experience entrepreurship by means of real pitches, competition and simulations

Goal: learn how to trigger self-directed growth without lecturing

Over the coming months, we’ll be working together to bring the training to life, with everything set for an inspiring test session in Braga, Portugal, this March.
